Quick And Easy 2-Ingredient Oatmeal Banana Cookies - More Of Food.

How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You normally have to get a scale, then carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread for ages, cut out small cookies into heart, moon and star shapes then wait the next century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these circumstances. That is just not how I roll. But after that I stumbled upon those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Ok, they do not taste exactly like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Instead they are a bit more gooey and do not crumble at all.

But what mostly convinced me was that you can have them ready in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is that they call for only two ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can mix two ingredients.

Though in case you want to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is up to you!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me if you eat them), however I have to mention one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the initial I finished the remainder inside one hour.

They're ideal for hiking trips or my explanation other events where you need a quick pleasant bite on the move. Nowadays I keep these as a quick bite in my back pack.

It must also be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the regular cookie supposes. Simply oats and peanuts.

Take oats for example. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which subsequently helps you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more during the day.

Those nutrients contain manganese, good for bone creation and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- important for energy generation to cause you to feel more awake

Same with bananas -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not just because they contain a decent quantity of good carbs but for being the big players at the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a tough day before you.

As you can see, I'm a huge fan.

Here's an example of if I might have done with a couple of these cookies. Sadly, I didn't have them with me.

Perhaps you have been stuck somewhere in character and thought"damn I am in trouble" ? If so, where? Just blend peas and peas and then bake them for 15 minutes. Ideal for when you will need an energy boost on the go. Enjoy!

If you don't have this make sure to wash the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To produce the cookie contour just grab a spoon and scoop a decent amount from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photo above. It's super fast and effortless.

Away it goes into the oven for around 15 - 20 minutes.
